This Brookside Carpet is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects 10 years. Colour my vary from dye lot to dye lot.
5 YEAR TEXTURE RETENTION WARRANTY
This carpet is engineered to ensure maximum performance. It is warrantied against a significant change caused by foot traffic to the appearance of the carpet, for a period of 5 years.
7 YEAR ABRASIVE WEAR WARRANTY
This carpet is warranted not to wear more than 10% in 20 years from date of purchase. This warranty applies to normal residential usage with the use of a minimum 7 lb. Density underlay.
10 YEAR STAIN RESISTANCE WARRANTY
The face fiber of this quality broadloom has been treated to enhance its stain resistance. No carpet is stain proof.
VALIDATION OF PERFORMANCE
Carpet quality is based on a number of different factors. The colour, type and amount of the carpet surface all may affect the performance of your purchase. To determine how well our Brookside Carpets will perform in your home, each is subject to rigorous testing which is used to evaluate its appearance retention. After testing, carpets are rated according to an industry scale based on the degree of change from the original appearance. The higher the rating the better the carpet will withstand foot traffic. The scale at t bottom of this label reflects this style’s rating.

This Brookside Carpet meets or exceeds the menimum standards set by bulletin UM-44D for use in projects for the FHA and HUD.
