- Returns must be made within 20 days of purchase with Petun Flooring original invoice. NO RETURNS after 20 days of purchase.
- Returns are not accepted on opened or damaged boxes. The product must be returned in the same condition.
- A minimum restocking fee of 25% will be charged for product returned.
- All accessories (including but not limited to t-molding, reducers, stair nosing, trims, stair treads and risers,) are FINAL SALE.
- Delivery charge is not-refundable.
- Returns must be made by customer to store or provided address picked up by customer or delivered by us.
- No returns on special orders, custom made materials, discontinued items.
