Description
Prosol PRO963 is a high-performance, acrylic latex pressure-sensitive adhesive engineered explicitly for commercial and residential carpet tile installations. Formulated to offer maximum application versatility, it supports both a releasable (dry-to-the-touch) layout method for easy modular tile replacement and a aggressive wet-set installation technique. PRO963 provides outstanding shear strength, reliable plasticizer migration resistance, and an eco-friendly profile backed by advanced microbial and moisture safeguards.
- Dual-Mode Application Window: Provides up to 40 minutes of working time for structural permanent installations, or up to 12 hours of dry open time when utilized as a pressure-sensitive, releasable tack coat.
- High Moisture Tolerance: Dependably blocks subfloor moisture up to ≤ 10 lbs. MVER via Calcium Chloride testing (ASTM F1869) or up to ≤ 90% Relative Humidity levels (ASTM F2170).
- GoldGuard Antimicrobial Guard: Advanced integrated biocide components actively safeguard both the wet-state adhesive paste and the fully dried film structure against destructive mold, mildew, and fungal growth.
- Premium Eco-Compliance: Fully solvent-free, non-flammable, LEED compliant, and CRI Green Label Plus certified with ultra-low TVOC thresholds (< 9 g/L) adhering strictly to SCAQMD Rule 1168.
