At Petun Flooring, we take great pride in the quality of our products and our commitment to customer satisfaction. To ensure a transparent and fair process for all parties, please review our updated return and refund guidelines below:

1. Return Period and Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 20 days of the original purchase date. We strictly do not accept any returns after this 20-day period.
  • A valid Petun Flooring original invoice must be presented at the time of return.
  • Returns are only accepted for unopened and undamaged boxes. The product must be returned in its original condition. We cannot accept returns on opened or partially used flooring boxes.

2. Final Sale Items (No Returns)

The following items and services are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • All Accessories: This includes, but is not limited to, t-moulding, reducers, stair nosing, trims, stair treads, and risers.
  • Special Orders: Any materials ordered specifically for a client that are not part of our regular stock.
  • Custom-Made Materials: Products tailored to specific project dimensions or requirements.
  • Discontinued Items: Materials that are no longer being manufactured.

3. Fees and Charges

  • Restocking Fee: A minimum restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all eligible product returns to cover handling and administrative costs.
  • Delivery Charges: Please note that all delivery charges are non-refundable.

4. Return Logistics

The customer is responsible for the logistics of returning the product. Returns must be made by the customer to our store or the specific warehouse address provided. This applies whether the item was originally picked up by the customer or delivered by our team.

5. Deposit and Cancellation Policy

To secure all flooring supply and installation services, a deposit is required. The specific deposit amount and terms are clearly outlined in your service agreement.

  • Upon receipt of the deposit, we proceed with ordering materials and scheduling your project.
  • Non-Refundable Deposit: If the customer cancels the project after the deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable. This amount is used to cover administrative costs, material procurement, and project preparation.

6. Important Note on Colour Matching

Because manufacturers do not permanently maintain the same colour batches or dye lots, we strongly recommend that our customers purchase and keep extra boxes of their flooring as a backup for any future repairs or replacements.
