Combining aggressive early tack with advanced moisture control, it establishes an incredibly strong initial bond that gradually cures into a firm, permanent set. Formulated to offer exceptional shear strength and robust resistance to lateral forces, ROBERTS 6399 is specifically designed to withstand heavy traffic and demanding rolling loads.

• Versatile Resilient & Textile Bonding: Ideal for luxury vinyl tile (LVT), luxury vinyl plank (LVP), vinyl composition tile (VCT), vinyl sheet goods, vinyl-backed carpet tile, fiberglass-reinforced sheet vinyl, stair treads (rubber and vinyl), and adhering carpet cushion to subfloors.
• Dual Installation Window Options: Delivers flexible application choices based on project needs:
  • Pressure-Sensitive Method: 60-minute open time with an extended 12-hour working window.
  • Semi-Wet Method: 20-minute open time with a rapid 40-minute working window.
• Approved Substrates: Highly compatible with concrete, primed gypsum concrete, cement backerboard, fiber-cement underlayments, APA-grade plywood, OSB, properly prepared ceramic tile, terrazzo, radiant-heated floors (up to 185°F / 30°C), and non-cushioned, fully adhered single-layer existing sheet vinyl or VCT.
